NEXT STEPS
Your Already-Working Process
Step One: Fill out and submit this Already Working form. Make sure you are prepared with your proof of residency! You will need to upload a file to submit your form. Accepted documents are a long-term lease, driver’s license or state ID, or voter registration.
Step Two: Allow your inquiry to be reviewed by the Local 764 office. This review includes contacting the employer indicated on the form.
Step Three: Upon acceptance of your submission, pay the $100.00 Registration. Your Registration will not be completed until the payment is processed.
