Local 764’s process makes sure everyone doing our work is represented.

Registering with Local 764

 
To best represent people doing wardrobe work, the Local 764 Constitution requires those who are interested in seeking work and becoming a member to register with Local 764.
To register with Local 764:

  • You must be a permanent resident of Local 764’s geographical jurisdiction. Eighteen months of residency is required by the Local 764 Constitution. Rarely, under some special circumstances, Local 764 may request a waiver from the General Secretary Treasurer of the IATSE International. The residency requirement is never waived by the Local.

  • You must be of legal age to work.

Registration allows Local 764 to look out for you on the job from your very first day, even if you are not yet a Member.

There is a one-time $100.00 Registration fee.  This fee is due only when your registration has been approved and processed. There is no cost for inquiring and submission of your materials.
