Scheduling at ATC’s Broadway Vaccination Site via The Actors Fund

As of Wednesday, April 14, The Actors Fund can help schedule COVID-19 vaccine appointments at ATC’s Broadway Vaccination Site (ATC Vaccination Times Square, located at 47th Street & 7th Avenue), for members of the performing arts & entertainment community who are working, living or attending school in New York City.

Please call 917-281-5937 or email [email protected] with your name and phone number to speak with someone who can then help you schedule an appointment.

Please see below from the Commissioner
of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment Anne del Castillo

Dear Colleagues:

We were thrilled to celebrate the opening of the Broadway Vaccination Site (aka ATC Vaccination Times Square) for the live performance/film/tv community. The site is now taking appointment requests online or by calling 877-829-4692. We are also working with The Actors Fund to aid individuals who need support with making appointments and will have details on that later this week. As a reminder, individuals can also make appointments at vaccine sites throughout the city at vaccinefinder.nyc.gov or by calling 877-VAX-4NYC (877-829-4692).

As Mayor de Blasio said:

“[T]o bring this city back, we need arts and culture. Let’s be clear why. …[I]t’s part of our identity. It’s part of who we are. It’s part of our hearts. What it means in this city, the theater, the music, the dance, the film and TV, it is our expression of everything that is New York City. It’s our creativity. It’s our heart and soul. We do something here that does not exist anywhere in the world, quite like this. And for us to be whole, it has to come back.”

Thank you for keeping the heART of New York City beating.

Stay safe and NYC strong,

Anne del Castillo, Commissioner

The City of New York

Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment
