2023 Per Capita Stamps (Quarterly Dues) Announcement

2023 Quarterly Dues are $63.00 per quarter

2023 Quarterly Dues invoices will be mailed Mid-December to all members. Quarterly dues are a flat rate (currently $63.00) per quarter for all members.  

  • You may pay all four quarter of 2023 (a total of $252.00) at once, or you may quarter-by-quarter.
  • Quarterly dues are due by the 10th of the first month of each quarter:
    • Tuesday January 10th, 2023 for the First Quarter
    • Monday, April 10th, 2023 for the Second Quarter
    • Monday, July 10th, 2023 for the Third Quarter
    • Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 for the Fourth Quarter
  • A late fee of $5.00 will be charged if payment is not received by close of business on the days listed above (late fees go to the Wally Hall Fund).
  • Quarterly Dues pay for your stamps from the IATSE and your membership with the IATSE

NOTES ABOUT QUARTERLY DUES:

  • To be a Member in Good Standing of Local 764 you must pay Quarterly dues, regardless of where you work, if you work, or how long you have been a member.
  • Per the Local 764 Constitution, all work dues, fines, fees and assessments must be paid before quarterly dues can be credited.
    • WHAT THIS MEANS: if you have work dues on your account, all payments received by the local will be credited toward those work dues, even if your intent was to pay your quarterly dues.
    • The office will inform you if a payment toward quarterly dues was in whole or in part put toward other work dues or assessments.
  • Per the Local 764 Constitution, if a member is 6 months in arrears (two quarters), that member will receive an expulsion notice.

HONORABLE WITHDRAWAL:

  • Members not working in Local 764’s jurisdiction may wish to put their Local 764 membership on hold and go on Honorable Withdrawal. Those on Honorable Withdrawal from Local 764 do not pay quarterly dues to Local 764. Please contact the office if you are interested in this option.

Local 764 Member Benefits:

  • Members in Good Standing who are up to date in their Quarterly Dues and Work Dues (and any other fees and assessments) are eligible for all other benefits of Members in Good Standing, including but not limited to:
    • Local 764 Ancillary Benefits (vision benefit, orthodontic benefit, gym benefit)
    • Access to the Wally Hall Fund
    • Meeting Attendance
    • Voting Eligibility
    • Ability to run for office (provided all other Local 764 Constitutional requirements are met)
    • Ability to nominate another member for office (provided all other Local 764 Constitutional requirements are met)
    • IATSE Communication and Membership
    • Access to Union Plus Benefits
    • Access to the Entertainment Community Fund Membership Assistance Program
